During this 90-minute in-person consultation, we'll walk through your space, take notes, gather the information we need to prepare a proposal for your project, answer your design questions, and provide design guidance.

This service is available to residential and commercial clients and is required to proceed with either the Design Intensive or Full-service Design package.

Design fee: $750 + HST (additional travel fees may apply)

This service is available to residential clients only. During this focused one-day, 6-hour in-person design intensive, we are by your side to guide your design project. Services vary and are based on your immediate needs, which we determine during the initial 90-minute consultation.

Here are some results you can expect during this one-day intensive:

• A clear design path for your renovation for you to implement

• Answers to urgent design questions

• Basic floor plan sketches

• Cohesive furniture, lighting and finishes recommendations (online sourcing)

• Professional review of selections you’re considering

• Review of any plans prepared for you by others (architectural drawings, kitchen and bathroom drawings, etc.)

You also have the option to use part of the day to visit up to 3 local showrooms together.

As a courtesy to clients choosing this service, we extend our trade discount to select furniture retailers (such as CB2, West Elm, Restoration Hardware, and Elte). This offer is available for up to 14 days following the meeting.

This service is ideal if:
